Need help with TrueMonitor?

For app issues, setup questions, feedback, or feature requests, contact support@truemonitor.app. We usually need your app version, iOS or iPadOS version, TrueNAS version, and a short description of what you expected to happen.

Connection help

Confirm that your iPhone or iPad can reach the TrueNAS host from the same local network, VLAN, or VPN, then verify that the API key still has the permissions you expect.

Security reminders

Remove API keys, passwords, hostnames, public IP addresses, serial numbers, and any other production infrastructure details from screenshots or logs.

Diagnostics

Screenshots and logs are helpful, but use fictional demo values or redact sensitive infrastructure details before sending anything by email.

App Store review

TrueMonitor does not require a hosted TrueMonitor account. The app connects directly to TrueNAS servers that the user adds and controls.
