Before sending diagnostics

Remove API keys, passwords, hostnames, public IP addresses, serial numbers, and any other production infrastructure details from screenshots or logs.

Helpful details

Include your TrueMonitor app version, iOS or iPadOS version, TrueNAS version, connection type, and a brief description of what you expected to happen.

Common setup notes

Use HTTPS or WSS when sending API keys to a TrueNAS server.
Store production credentials only in the app, not in support emails or screenshots.
Confirm that your iPhone or iPad can reach the TrueNAS host on your local network or VPN.
